Application Examples

In the call center both the Expert and ARMA models were tested separately. The average results of the expert model of vector predictions using time scales appeared acceptable to the call center. Therefore, no further experimentation was performed.

Figure 1.19 shows daily call rates. Table 1.1 illustrates some results of the ARMA model. Results of the expert model are not available for publication.
