Tihis is a general "Bride problem" adapted to "Bay-an-Appartment" case. The data about 50 appartments for sale in Kaunas, Lithuania is used.
The data is collected from adds of the local newspaper "Noriu".
Each appartment is described by five factors:

Subjective utilities of these factors using percentage terms can be defined
on the input window.
Note, that the total percentage should be 100/
Subjective utilities of different floors and numbers of rooms can be indicated using 10 point system..
A distribution of impressions can be defined in the correponding field.
